I decided to become a personal trainer because I wanted to take my passion for health and fitness and use it to have a positive impact on others. I have learned first-hand, not only how to safely remain active and fit in the midst of these issues, but how exercise and proper nutrition are truly the best medicine.
I understand that no two people are alike, which is why no two training programs should be alike. Everyone has their own unique history, likes/dislikes, goals, etc. that have to be accounted for in their training program. It is important to meet you "where you are" and start there.
The most important part of any program is on establishing a solid foundation, then building on top of it. This allows for optimal potential and allows the ceiling to be higher.
Chris is the BEST trainer!! I have arthritis in my knees, shoulders, neck and back, and he has helped me so much. I’ve had other trainers in the past, but they only made my arthritis hurt worse. With Chris’s training techniques and extensive knowledge, he’s helped to lessen my pain. I feel so much better and stronger because of him.
