Returns Policy
Customers who are not satisfied with their FORME purchase can request a return within (30) days after their delivery & installation. Any purchase made that was not ordered directly from FORME will not be eligible for return at this time. All qualifying returns are subject to the following uninstallation & restocking charges which are deducted from their refund amount:
- Studio Only = $250
- Studio with Lift = $375
Returns in its original packaging is requested. If original packaging has been discarded, return delays may apply. Any in-box accessories including heart rate monitor, yoga mat, microfiber cloth, and camera covers do not need to be returned.
If your purchase is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, FORME reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at FORME’s sole discretion. There will be no refund on any promotional offers.
Customers who are not satisfied with the purchase of their Studio or Studio Lift can request a return within (30) days after their delivery and installation.
Due to the size and weight of our products, we do not offer refunds on any shipping or delivery charges. All qualifying returns are subject to the following uninstallation and restocking charges which are deducted from the refund amount:
- Studio Only = $250
- Studio with Lift = $375
If your return is approved, we will issue your refund within two-four (2-4) weeks of uninstallation. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only. We are unable to arrange for shipping or delivery of returned products outside of the contiguous United States.
Affirm, our financing partner, will credit any loan payments you have made, up to the refund amount, to the original form of payment within 3 to 10 business days of FORME approving the refund. Please note, we are not able to refund any interest fees charged by Affirm. You can contact Affirm with further questions at: 855-423-3729.
If 30 days post-install has passed, refer to our Limited Warranty and contact support@formelife.com with questions or service requests.
Customers may submit a return request for any purchased accessories (Barre, Sculpt, Mat), within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, all accessories purchased separately must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that they were received in. Returned items that are used, damaged or altered in any way (other than by way of defect or damage during transit) are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer.
Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date, otherwise they may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
You may cancel your FORME purchase for a full refund anytime up to 48-hours after the initial purchase. If you wish to cancel beyond that 48-hour window, a cancellation fee of $250 will be deducted from your returned amount to cover costs associated with shipping.
