I was never any good at sports, but I learned that through intentional movement, I was able to do so much more than win a game. I could show up for my family and the world a better and stronger version of myself. My ability to tackle life's challenges comes from what I do for my health, and I believe that for you to. I train with weights and mobility exercises to increase strength and quality of movement. I also encourage cardio that gets you out in the world, cycling is my favorite.
