If you are not satisfied with your FORME Studio purchase, you can request a return within (30) days after your delivery & installation. Any purchase made that was not ordered directly from FORME will not be eligible for return at this time.
Please return your Studio in its original packaging if possible. If you have discarded the original packaging at the time of install, please contact email@example.com to accomodate a packaging solution, as your return pickup date may be delayed due to scheduling constraints.
Any in-box accessories including your heart rate monitor, yoga mat, microfiber cloth, and camera covers do not need to be returned.
If your Studio is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, FORME reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at FORME’s sole discretion. There will be no refund on any promotional offers.

If your return is approved, we will issue your refund within two-four (2-4) weeks of picking up your returned Studio. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only. We are unable to arrange for shipping or delivery of returned products outside of the contiguous United States.
Affirm, our financing partner, will credit any loan payments you have made, up to the refund amount, to the original form of payment within 3 to 10 business days of FORME approving the refund. Please note, we are not able to refund any interest fees charged by Affirm. You can contact Affirm with further questions at: 855-423-3729.
If you have an issue with your Studio after 30 days, refer to our Limited Warranty and contact email@example.com with questions or service requests.
