So they can understand the relatedness of the many “if this, then that” action reactions that are constantly happening within the body. I live for a guy to discovery; when a client makes the “ha ha!” Face in the lightbulb turns on I know we’re on the path To lasting learning. Improved health markers, improved performance, improved ability, improved confidence, usually in that order! There is no one size fits all fitness program. I will always take “no“ for an answer, but will also be ready for a follow up “if not this, than that!“ I make your fitness journey fit your needs wants and lifestyle!
Cardiovascular training
I bring 2 decades of experience helping individuals pursue health and live their best lives. From partnering with educators to increase physical activity and nutrition in California’s school children, to administering intervention programs for vulnerable adults, and building a following as a group fitness instructor and trainer, I understand that wellness is multi-faceted.
I specialize in combining music, movement, and motivation to deliver more than just a workout, but an experience. While I love strength training, conditioning, HIIT, dance and yoga inspired movements, what's most important to me, is giving my clients a session that allows them to meet their goals and giving them support to create a healthy lifestyle.

I have experience working with golfers ranging from the professional level to those just starting the game. As a former collegiate athlete I know how important it is to keep your body healthy, moving well, and functioning at a high level, in order to achieve peak performance. I look to address the system and improve the function of the golfer, which in turn will improve the swing mechanics.
My approach to training isn’t only for athletes, but anyone who is looking to perform at high level. Improving posture and function, moving pain free, and working towards the clients goal’s is what I am here for.
