I started my career in the fitness industry in 2009 after realizing that unofficially helping loved ones get healthy was more rewarding that my design job. Shortly after, I became fully certified and have been continuing my education ever since.

I work with everyone from the high school kid trying to make the volleyball team, to the middle aged person who is looking to be more active and build strength, to the 81 year old grandmother, who wants to walk without her cane post hip replacement, and everyone in between.

Before returning to my roots as a personal trainer, I had 22 year run in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine physical therapy, practicing as a hybrid clinician with fitness training as an integral part of my practice. Being a certified strength and conditioning coach has enhanced my appreciation of human movement and performance.

My passion is applying my formula of training athletes to the active aging population and helping my clients improve their ability to move and enhance their quality of life.

One thing I have learned is that I don’t have all the answers but I’ve been willing to work for them and do the best I can to continually refine the process and mutually strive for my client's goals.
